Let me introduce you to Paul Spencer. Believe he can support your needs. He’s wicked smart and has a diverse background in business, IT and consulting. He has run and owned a variety of businesses. Paul is one of the few people with an IT background that can talk IT but also talk the language of business to the owners. He has worked with our family business for almost three years. Started out on an IT project, including IT contingency planning and the last two years has worked weekly directly with me as well as our senior and some of our middle management teams to improve our business systems and processes.
